The earliest evidence of the practise of Reflexology is in the Tomb of Ankhmahor in Egypt 2,500 BC which is the location of what is widely regarded as the earliest pictorial evidence of foot and hand reflexology.  Also recorded to have been practised in China and India.

As a result of stress, injury, trauma, illness or disease, the body becomes out of balance and the vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively.

The feet are a mirror image of the body.  Reflexology is a non invasive therapeutic treatment to the feet or hands using a gentle relaxing pressure technique,  which releases blockages of  energy, restores harmony, balances the body boosting the body's natural healing energies, and produces  a general state of well being .
